There is nothing wrong with porn just like there is nothing wrong with alcohol; everything in moderation!

c) it’s painless

What are the psychological reasons behind an extreme obsession with another human being?
Now compare the above to making an effort and cost to find a girl/boyfriend, plotting out a date, trying to build, nourish and sustain a relationship, and ultimately trying to get in their pants.
